The wooden key cards were a cool touch. It was unexpected. the breakfast staff, especially dinah, were really sweet, and the food tasted good. the room had character, with beautiful finishing touches. i appreciated the toiletries and lotion provided!
I found one very slight issue, the parking price seemed a bit steep. For me, it was a minor inconvenience! though the location was perfect!

my visit was not great. the rooms lack air conditioning so the temperature was uncomfortably hot. stained towels were there. the room had a low roof so i hit my head.

I found the staff helpful. They provided detailed directions to local attractions (I was really impressed!). The hand wash and shower gel in the room were of great quality. The provided breakfast offered lovely coffee, and the big portions were a plus. Everything felt clean with nice bedding.
